1 Notch Hurdle Jump

1.Start out with a decent sleeper. It needs to last about 6 seconds.

2.Take your non-yoing index finger and put it under the far side of the string. Now take the hand that’s yoing and put it in front of the string and pull it up. Your yo-yo should be close to you and your fingers should be holding two layers of string.

3.Swing your yo-yo over your non-yoing arm.

4.Keep jumping that arm until you want to stop and/or let go of the string and pull the yo-yo back up.

5.To do a 2 notch hurdle jump just add 2 more layers of string.
